Cheese of the week - Rachel Goat's Cheese

Rachel is a washed rind goat's cheese from the award winning cheese makers White Lake in Somerset, one of the finest goat's cheese producing dairies in the UK.

The semi soft cheese has a mellow taste with a lingering delicate goats cheese flavour. Excellent for those who like it not too goaty!

It was the winner of the Best Semi Soft Cheese at the British Cheese Awards 2011.

The vegetarian and unpastuerised cheese was named after one of the employees friends described as 'sweet curvy and slighty nutty'!
