Today (Sunday 7th) I will be delivering my 100% Sour course teaching 8 eager bakers some of the secrets and mysteries of making really great sourdough bread.

Sourdough pizza bases available at Pizza night as well as our normal bases
Cheddar and buttermilk sour
Polish rye – Baltonowski 40%
Anise fruit sourdough
