Friday is Ryeday at the loaf !
Of course, we have various rye bread throughout the week... however on a Friday, we alternate between three of our favourite Rye breads of the north.
First up is the Borodinsky rye, this is a 100% rye bread with coriander, malt extract and molasses from a Russian recipe. Borodinsky Bread is one of the most favorite varieties of bread in Russia. A traditional German loaf, made with soaked rye chops, molasses. With some of our Rye breads, we like to make one big 1.5kg loaf for you to either buy as a whole or we can just cut you as much as you woud like (even slices !)
